About
Art Therapy is a way of connecting with emotions & thoughts that participants may not be conscious of or perhaps they don’t have the vocabulary to express them. Using art is a way to move past these barriers & explore and express in a creative and positive way.
With guidance from our experienced art therapist/counselor these sessions are an inspired way to develop self-awareness, confidence and self esteem.

Art Therapy and Play Therapy are great therapeutic modalities for children, it helps them to make sense of their world around them and to process life experiences without reliving them. Children use art and play as a natural form of communication. Art Therapy and play therapy work well with young children, as it creates a safe non threatening environment. The creative process allows for self expression and explores pre verbal and non verbal emotions.
